Booking & Communication

All bookings must be initiated through the Contact page on our website. Once received, we will respond to confirm the service, time, location, and price.

Deposits

A £15 deposit is required for full interior + exterior or long-duration bookings. The deposit is deducted from the final total. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion. We accept cash and card payments.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £15 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no access will also incur a £15 call-out fee.

Liability

HomeSpark Automotive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket systems, electrical faults in damaged areas, or lost personal items. Customers must disclose any known issues or sensitive areas.

Extra Charges

Excessive pet hair, staining, or biohazards may incur a charge of £10–£30, agreed before work begins.

Weather Policy

Unsafe weather may result in a rescheduled appointment without penalty.

Photographs

We may take before/after photos for records or marketing. Plates/personal info will be blurred unless otherwise agreed.
